The company was co-founded by Jonathan Bell, who has extensive experience in the business world. Jonathan's business background has been in the financial services industry. It was his experience in this highly competitive environment that helped him to develop powerful new techniques for management development and corporate performance achievement. Using the powerful techniques of business and management coaching, the Prosper Group help their clients to close the performance gap, by concentrating on key areas like communication techniques, relationships with people, clarity of purpose and overall performance.
