What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process between a coach and a client (or manager and staff member) which identifies perceived obstacles that the client is facing, creates new solutions to those obstacles, generates a clear set of objectives and then ensures that those objectives are met through an agreed (and accountable) system of action planning.

Just as with a coach working with a top athlete, the purpose of executive coaching is to "raise the game" of the business client and ensure that they perform at a level which allows them to accomplish (in clear, measurable terms) more of their potential for success, in both their personal and professional arenas.

What Does it Do?
Helps to set and meet better and bigger personal and professional goals.
Creates greater balance between personal and professional needs.
Attaches meaning, desire and definition to action for change.
Provides tools for more effective business and personal practice.
Helps the client to utilise more of their inherent potential and achieve more, through a "partnership of excellence", than they might accomplish alone.
Changes the relationship managers have with staff.
Improves external communication and self-understanding.
Brings accountability to the process which otherwise would allow us to defer action for change.
Provides an external (confidential) support structure, a springboard for creating new ideas and a benchmark for improved success.
It transforms individuals and companies through challenge, trust and meaning.
