| What is Coaching? |
Coaching is a collaborative process between a coach and a client (or manager and staff member) which identifies perceived obstacles that the client is facing, creates new solutions to those obstacles, generates a clear set of objectives and then ensures that those objectives are met through an agreed (and accountable) system of action planning.
Just as with a coach working with a top athlete, the purpose of executive coaching is to "raise the game" of the business client and ensure that they perform at a level which allows them to accomplish (in clear, measurable terms) more of their potential for success, in both their personal and professional arenas. |

| |
| |
| What Does it Do? |
 | Helps to set and meet better and bigger personal and professional goals. |
 | Creates greater balance between personal and professional needs. |
 | Attaches meaning, desire and definition to action for change. |
 | Provides tools for more effective business and personal practice. |
 | Helps the client to utilise more of their inherent potential and achieve more, through a "partnership of excellence", than they might accomplish alone. |
 | Changes the relationship managers have with staff. |
 | Improves external communication and self-understanding. |
 | Brings accountability to the process which otherwise would allow us to defer action for change. |
 | Provides an external (confidential) support structure, a springboard for creating new ideas and a benchmark for improved success. |
 | It transforms individuals and companies through challenge, trust and meaning. |
